There was a bit more to the cup, but I really tried to squint down and just capture the basics. Sometimes it is so tempting to want to get all the information we see with our eyes onto the canvas. Which is fine if that's what your after. But, I tend to like the 'less is more' route.

Oh! Yes! This I want to do. It is SO easy to get mired in detail and lose the big picture. It's nice to know even you are tempted. Your paintings continue to INSPIRE!
Hi Aaron,
I love the diagonal theme you're working with. Soooo good.

Wow, really, wow! Your glass looks effortless. I can't believe how well it reads considering how much (I imagine) you edited out. Amazing!
Beautiful!
That's what I like about your work, the "less is more", directness of it. This is a cool composition. Very creative.
Nobody does 'less is more' better than you. This is another beauty!
Aaron,
I can't thank you enough! This is a wonderful companion to " Tipped ". I absolutely love the off kilter
element, and you definitely have an incredible sensibility when it comes to painting glass!
Best Regards,
Brent
Hi, I like your idea. I always leave this much milk in my glass. I like it. I am also an artist and you can see my work at Plastic Cards
