"Glass Bowl" - SOLD

At first glance this might look like a metal bowl with a reflection of the orange, and not glass. I don't know if I convincingly show the glass well enough. The bowl has a blueish tint. So I am curious what you see at first...two oranges, or, the reflection of one orange?.

On my laptop monitor it reads as you describe, a bluish bowl with a second orange inside. Nice.

Reflection on metal bowl won't look like a mirror reflection, it will be distorted. So this does look like a glass jar. Moreover, you are successful in giving bowl surface glasslike appearace.

It reads very convincingly as 2 oranges. very nicely composed, too.

I saw it as two oranges and a glass bowl at first glance. After reading I could see what you meant, but if it was a reflection the you would not see the lit side of the orange. I like your painting style.

You are the BEST at painting glass. I definitely saw two oranges.

I saw the orange and another one in a glass bowl. I think you got it right.

Great job! It can only be read as two oranges because of the light source is the same on both oranges.
