This is the kind of thing you
do with colour and light that
amazes me!!

How are you liking the new studio? -- it certainly looks like you're
enjoying it.

Wonderful. I'm a bidder. Can't wait to own a few of your works.

I love your style. It is amazing how you can paint with a strong emphasis showing where planes are. How did you learn this? Do you have any book recommendations that help teach this style??

Thanks--

Love your work!

Colors great. Minimal paint strokes are great. Soft diffuse edges are great.

Hello everyone. Thanks for all the comments. Matt, trying to show planes is what I try to do, but don't always get right, so thank you. There is an out of print book, How to see color and paint it, by Arthur Stern. I also think workshops are a great way to learn. Feel free to email me.

Aaron.

Beautiful! I tried to subscribe to your blog...but I can't get past the word verification. It keeps asking me to re-enter. The only difference I can see...is some letters are a bit larger, than others, and some are bold. How can you do get past that window?

Hey c.abla, Sorry about that. As far as I know you need to make sure you enter your email first (on my blog site) then hit subscribe. The word verification comes later, and the bold letters do not matter. If it still does not work just email me @ yellowfroggs@yahoo.com.
