Love the tulips! My favorite part of the painting has to be the way you depicted the glass vase. Simply remarkable!

Aaron,
I've been following your work for quite some time. I paint by natural light, but on rainy days I resort to artificial light. Usually I dislike the effect on my paintings, but you seem to use artificial light with complete success. Can you please tell me what kind of light you use? Daylight bulbs? Special photography bulbs? Very high wattage? Thanks!

Hi Aaron,
love your work and listed you as one of my seven favorite "passionate artists" in my blog as a response to a blogging award I recieved. I love your work. Today's tulips are great as is all your work. I think it is neat that the tulip leaf on the right is cooler and probably reflecting light from the ceiling, and the left leaf is warmer ...shows your careful observation concisely described with your brush!!

Thanks for the mention, Aaron. Beautiful work, as always. I very much like how you understand the value of greys.
