Oh, I feel like I am on a plateau right now. It's not such a bad thing, but I'm sure most of you have felt the same about your own work at times. Maybe I should start getting some larger works going....

I think this picture is wonderful.
If you are on a plateau right now, Aaron, it's a beautiful plateau. Don't worry, your subconscious mind is busy, and will spring forward with new ideas when you least expect it. This is a gorgeous painting.

I know the feeling (I have it now, too) but I wish my plateaus were as crisp and appealing.
Being on a plateau can be tough. You know you're temporarily stuck even though others can't see it. (Someone once told me I wasn't on a plateau, just taking a long running leap into something new.) Maybe get out of your comfort zone for a painting or two?
Keep plugging. You know you have fans! Your work inspires me.
