"First Snow" - SOLD

I have been wanting to get out of the studio for a while, and so I finally did. I went up the canyon and saw this scene from the road, and pulled over immediately. I think the person driving behind me was annoyed with my driving...sorry. Landscapes are so fun, I need to get out more often. Fun, but cold.

Very cool painting!
Yikes, I'm not ready for snow.

The lively energetic brush strokes
make for an exciting work.

These landscapes are the first I've seen of yours and enjoy seeing how you translate your particular brushwork and colors from terrific still lifes to terrific landscapes. Your still lifes are soft and strong at the same time - quite unique.

Looks like a ski slope to me.
Vibrant brushwork. I like it.

Beautiful. I like how this shows that once you master value and color, you can use so many interesting brush and/or paint application techniques. I didn't see this one listed on eBay?
